Plan-X

Plan-X Project

Meetings

Unless something else is decided and announced, a Plan-X meeting will have the following standard agenda:

  1. General announcements
  2. Status and discussion of ongoing (term, Master's thesis or other) projects
  3. Discussion of cross-cutting concerns (e.g., project ideas, coordinating codebase, website)
  4. Miscellaneous

Optionally, we may schedule short (ca. 20 min.) to full (45-60 min.) presentations after this standard part (typically starting at 15:00) on days with no COPLAS talk (see coplas.org/talks for schedule of COPLAS talks). If so, this will be announced usually one week (at least 3 days) before the meeting. Such talks can be thesis or project presentations before an exam. Agenda point 2 is intended to function both as valuable sparring for the students engaged in projects by interested faculty and students and as a way of keeping each other informed of individual projects relating to Plan-X.
